Make a Difference in the Life of a UCF Student-Athlete

About Priority Points

In the spirit of loyalty, and in recognition of the generosity of those supporting the Knights each year, the UCF Athletics Association utilizes a Priority Points System to allocate tickets and fulfill seating requests in Bright House Networks Stadium and the UCF Arena. Priority Points are awarded to donors and season ticket holders based on their support of UCF Athletics.

The Priority Points System is used to prioritize ticket purchasing and seat location privileges for all post-season events, bowl games, away contests, conference tournaments, and other away/special contests. The Priority Points System will also be considered when season ticket holders request parking and seat upgrades, and when season ticket locations become available. This will be extremely relevant in regards to men’s basketball and football seating.

Priority Points – Questions & Answers

Why use a Priority Points System?

The purpose of the GKC Priority Points System is to reward individuals who have made the commitment to and investment in UCF Athletics.  The Priority Points System is used to prioritize ticket purchasing and seat location privileges for all post-season events, bowl games, away contests, conference tournaments, and other away/special contests. The Priority Points System is also considered when season ticket holders request parking and seat upgrades, and when season ticket locations become available. The system provides an objective method of determining your status as a member because UCF Athletics does not determine your points – you do!

How can I increase my point total?

The easiest way to increase your points is by increasing your annual gift to the Golden Knights Club or by making a capital or endowment gift to assist with one of many UCF Athletics’ projects.

Do I lose points if I drop my season tickets or GKC contribution?

Points are not lost; however, an individual must contribute annually for the priority points to be active in that year.

How are priority points used for group seating requests?

All individuals in the group are seated based on the lowest point total within the group.

How do I review my priority point total?

The GKC office is able to provide a complete point breakdown at a donor’s request.  Additionally, individuals may view their point total in their online Ticketmaster account.  For specific point questions, contact the GKC office at (407) 823-2086.
